Founded in Baltimore, Maryland, Faithful Hands Systems was created with a simple mission: to help service-based businesses grow without being overwhelmed by the day-to-day tasks that pull owners away from the work they do best.

The company was founded by the daughter of two service-based business owners, giving its mission a deeply personal foundation. Growing up around small business provided firsthand insight into how much these companies contribute to their communities — and how much work happens behind the scenes to keep them running.

With a professional background in law enforcement and public service, the founder brings a strong appreciation for reliability, responsiveness, organization, and trust — the same principles that are at the core of Faithful Hands Systems.

By using Faithful Hands Systems services, you agree to the following terms.

1 Our Services

Faithful Hands Systems LLC provides subscription-based business automation tools and services for service businesses, including missed-call text-back, review management, websites, Google Business Profile setup and improvement, local SEO work, smart chat tools, customer reactivation campaigns, and virtual receptionist services. By signing up you agree to use our services lawfully and in accordance with these terms.

2 Plans & Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance via Stripe. Plans auto-renew each billing cycle until cancelled. Pricing is subject to change with 30 days' notice. For monthly Growth and Elite plans, the one-time setup fee is the initial charge and the monthly subscription begins after onboarding; the setup fee and first monthly subscription are not charged together. For monthly Starter, a $100 setup charge applies only when Google Business Profile creation is selected; when that setup is selected, the $100 setup charge is collected first and the $97 monthly subscription begins after onboarding. Applicable setup fees are waived when annual billing is selected.

3 Cancellation

To cancel: Email info@faithfulhandssystems.com. Cancellations are processed within 1 business day and take effect at the end of your current billing period.

4 Refund Policy

Setup fees and subscription payments are non-refundable once work or service delivery has begun, except where required by law. If you experience a verified service failure on our end, contact us within 7 days and we will review your case individually.

5 Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services to send spam or unlawful communications, violate TCPA/CAN-SPAM regulations, harass or defraud any person, or resell our platform without written permission. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

6 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FAITHFUL HANDS SYSTEMS LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING YOUR CLAIM.

7 Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland. Disputes shall be resolved in Baltimore, Maryland.
